Students will learn about a different region of France for each day of the week. This includes sampling foods from each of the regions. Taught by Sacred Heart’s French teacher, Ms. Taylor Hathaway. July 9 - 13.
Visit the sites that you learn about in history class. Each day, students will embark on trips around New England, led by history teacher Brittany Bradford, to visit historical sites. Class includes trips to the Freedom Trail, Minuteman Trail, Newport Mansions, George’s Island, and a few stops for local ice cream (students should bring their own ice cream money).
Each day, students will look at a different art discipline, including ceramics, digital art, and studio art. The course also includes a field trip to the Museum of Fine Art, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and a sculpture park. Class will be taught be Sacred Heart art teacher Julie Trahon.
A developmental clinic for boys and girls, the program provides one on one and group instruction. Our enthusiastic and experienced coaching staff brings cutting edge skills and techniques to all our participants. Players are broken up into age/skill level appropriate groups, and we maintain a 10-1 player-to-coach ratio for an optimal learning environment which emphasizes fun!
Another day, another adventure. Each day, students will head out on a different one day adventure in New England. Adventures include Six Flags New England, kayaking on the Charles River, Newport Cliff Walk, and hiking Purgatory Chasm.
