Sacred Heart Theater Team Heads to State Semi-Finals

On March 3rd, Sacred Heart’s Theater team competed in the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild's High School Drama festival. The group did something that no Sacred Heart Theater group has done before - making it to Semi-Finals!

Brian Buckley and Cam Stevens won awards for Stage Management
Teaghan Gokey and Brady Severance won acting awards.
Emily Porelle won an award for Hair and Makeup
Eve Flederman won an award for student directing.

The team is performing a play called Us and Them by David Campton, distributed through The Dramatic Publishing Company. It is a commentary on the cyclical nature of history, a cautionary tale against creating barriers between peoples, and a call to affect greater change for the good of all.
