Report Card Procedures

PlusPortals give you access to up-to-date academic information online 24/7 from just about anywhere in the world. You can check assignments, grades, communicate with teachers and view specific or school wide announcements.


  • Your username is the email address we have on file for you.
  • Your password is the one you created when you first signed into PlusPortals.
  • If you need to change your email address or reset your password, please email High School Vice Principal, Jean Marston at jmarston@sacredheartkingston.com

Accessing Progress Reports and Report Cards

Academic Calendar

Progress Reports are posted 4 times a year, halfway between the start and end of the quarter.
 
To access them:
  • Click on your student’s picture.
  • Select the Classroom button and click on the down arrow to select a class
  • Click on the Progress Report button and the report will come into view.







Report Cards are posted online and distributed to students within the week at the end of each quarter. Dates are posted above.

To access them:
  • Click on your student’s picture. 
  • Select the School tab and the Report Card button 
  • The Report Card will now come into view.






1st Quarter
October 1, 2019 Progress reports to be posted on PlusPortals
November 1, 2019 1st Quarter ends
November 6, 2019 Report Cards distributed; Grades posted to PlusPortals

2nd Quarter
December 9, 2019 Progress reports to be posted on PlusPortals
January 24, 2020 2nd  Quarter ends
January 29, 2020 Report Cards distributed; Grades posted to PlusPortals

3rd  Quarter
March 5, 2020 Progress reports to be posted on PlusPortals
April 3, 2020 3rd Quarter ends
April 8, 2020 Report Cards distributed;Grades posted to PlusPortals

4th Quarter
April 29, 2020 Progress reports due for seniors
May 13, 2020 Progress reports due grades 7-11
May 15, 2020 Tentative last day for Seniors
June 17, 2020 4th Quarter ends
June 23, 2020 Report Cards mailed; Grades posted to PlusPortal
